Terms & Conditions WZ66 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and WZ66 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the WZ66 website, mobile application, and all services provided by WZ66.

By accessing or using any part of the WZ66 platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, joining any game, or claiming a bonus or promotion — you are considered to have fully accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible to register and use the WZ66 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of account registration
• Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed under any self-exclusion program or prohibition order imposed by any relevant authority
• Not registering more than one (1) WZ66 account — one account per individual
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration

WZ66 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to verify their eligibility will be suspended pending verification, or terminated if verification cannot be provided.

Each WZ66 member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number for OTP verification
• A strong password of at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
• Preferred payment method details (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, or FPX)

You are solely responsible for keeping your WZ66 account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your own, unless you have immediately reported the account compromise to the WZ66 support team.

WZ66 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods to make your deposit process as smooth as possible. All financial transactions on the WZ66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Deposit methods accepted by WZ66:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — Instant deposit, processed within 1–3 minutes
• GrabPay — Instant deposit, processed within 1–3 minutes
• Boost — Instant deposit, processed within 1–3 minutes
• ShopeePay — Instant deposit, processed within 1–3 minutes
• DuitNow — Processed within 5–15 minutes
• FPX / Maybank2u — Online bank transfer, processed within 5–15 minutes
• CIMB Clicks — Online bank transfer, processed within 5–15 minutes

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction
• Maximum deposit: Subject to platform limits and your account limits
• WZ66 charges no processing fees on any deposits
• All deposits must come from an account held in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted

Withdrawals from a WZ66 account can only be made to an e-wallet or bank account registered under the same member's name. WZ66 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per request
• E-wallet processing times (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15–30 minutes
• DuitNow processing time: 15–45 minutes
• Bank transfer (FPX) processing time: 30 minutes – 2 hours
• No limit on the number of daily withdrawals, subject to the daily total limit

Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily placed on hold if:

• Your account is currently undergoing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification
• Suspicious activity has been detected that requires further investigation by the WZ66 security team
• The applicable bonus rollover requirements have not been fully met
• Requested identity verification documents have not been submitted

WZ66 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements specified for each promotion. Full terms for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotions page.

General WZ66 bonus principles:

• The new member welcome bonus is automatically credited upon a successful first deposit
• Rollover requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted
• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated
• WZ66 reserves the right to void bonuses if any abuse is detected, including the use of multiple accounts
• Bonus value cannot be transferred to another account or converted directly to cash without first meeting the rollover requirements
• Certain games may not contribute, or may contribute at a different percentage, towards bonus rollover requirements

All games available on the WZ66 platform — including video slots, Live Casino, roulette, blackjack, Malaysia Super League football betting, BWF badminton, e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, DOTA 2), and progressive jackpots — are subject to each game's specific rules.

• The outcome of all games is final and non-disputable unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure on WZ66's part
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, WZ66 will review the server logs to determine a fair outcome
• Sports Betting odds may change until a bet is fully confirmed by the WZ66 system
• Bets placed after the start of a sporting event (in-play) are subject to availability and table limits set by WZ66
• WZ66 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a technical error, incorrect information, or unusual circumstances that affect the fairness of the game

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the WZ66 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without any refund:

• Identity fraud — registering using another person's information or false details
• Money laundering — using the WZ66 platform to transfer or conceal funds derived from illegal activities
• Bonus abuse — using multiple accounts or strategies to exploit the WZ66 promotions system
• Hacking or cyber attacks — any attempt to interfere with, damage, or gain unauthorised access to WZ66 systems
• Player collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or Sports Betting
• Use of bot software — using any automated software, scripts, or third-party tools to play on your behalf
• DDoS attacks or any attempt to disrupt the operations of the WZ66 platform

WZ66 works closely with Malaysian authorities to address cases of fraud and money laundering. Suspicious account activity will be reported to the relevant authorities when required.

• Your personal data will not be sold to any third party
• Your financial information is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption and is not stored directly within WZ66's systems
• WZ66 may share information with Malaysian authorities where required by law
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@wz66.my

WZ66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A breach of any part of these WZ66 Terms & Conditions has occurred
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete
• The account is linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Member failed to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

If your account is terminated for reasons that do not involve a breach of these terms, any unused cash balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. Refunds for accounts terminated due to a breach are at WZ66's sole discretion.

WZ66 believes that betting should be a fun source of entertainment, not a cause of stress or financial hardship. We provide a range of self-control tools to help members play more responsibly:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — set your own limits through your account settings

These WZ66 Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the WZ66 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to give it maximum enforceable effect, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force.
